Bedtime Stories is a 2008 family fantasy comedy film. The film will be directed by Adam Shankman and will star Adam Sandler (his first appearance in a Disney film). Sandler's production company Happy Madison and Andrew Gunn's company Gunn Films will produce the film, and Walt Disney Pictures will distribute the film.

Sandler plays Skeeter Bronson, a hotel handyman whose life is changed forever when the bedtime stories he tells his niece and nephew start to mysteriously come true.
He attempts to take advantage of the phenomenon, incorporating his own aspirations into one outlandish tale after another, but it's the kids' unexpected contributions that turn Skeeter's life upside down.
Some filming took place in front of Los Angeles Senior High School in Los Angeles, California. Another scene in the movie is filmed at a Los Angeles Home Depot store, at which Adam Sandler buys safety supplies and flame retardant spray. Shankman has confirmed on So You Think You Can Dance that two former contestants from the show, Travis Wall and Lacey Schwimmer (who is now a regular on Dancing with the Stars), will make cameo appearances.
